We are a supportive group for women of all ages.
Our focus is on nature connection and wellbeing.
Each session starts with a simple mindfulness exercise and then we explore a creative activity loosely related to the season or what is going on in the garden. We share seasonal food and drink, and there is plenty of time to just catch up and have a chat.

When the evenings are light we meet in Hillfields Community Garden, but in the winter months we meet indoors at Hillfields Library.
This group will run rain or shine. No need to book, just turn up on the day.

This group is free of charge, but donations are welcome.
