The classes usually involve working around different stations, working with body weight and weighted exercises, some running (if you can), boxing pads, kettle bells and light weights also used in some sessions. We also offer time to have a chat and a tea or coffee afterwards for anyone who wants to stay. We are trying to foster a community of like minded women to enjoy time together in a safe space, dedicated to fitness, friendship and wellbeing. They offer free weekly online dance sessions, an annual programme of in-person retreats and weekenders, and opportunities to dance together. Led by professionals, the sessions help women reconnect with themselves and find joy through movement, in a safe and supportive space.
