Advocating and Campaigning for Change
Throughout history, campaigning has been central to achieving women’s rights and progress across the UK and the world.
Since our inception, Bristol Women’s Voice has been campaigning for pressing issues that affect women in the city. However, there is still much to do in order to make women’s equity a reality in Bristol, and we can only achieve change through collective efforts.
Advocacy and campaigning are all about having your voice heard, raising awareness of key issues that matter to you, and taking collective action to drive meaningful change. If there is an issue that is affecting you or your community, you can take steps to resolve it.
The resources below are meant for individuals, communities, and groups seeking to campaign in Bristol to achieve women’s equity. It is intended to provide skills and information that you may use to design your campaigns and fight for what is important to you.
