Move Dance Feel is a creative community for women affected by cancer. They offer dance sessions that support wellbeing, connection and self-expression – whether you're living with cancer, supporting someone with cancer, or grieving a loved one. They offer free weekly online dance sessions, an annual programme of in-person retreats and weekenders, and opportunities to dance together. Led by professionals, the sessions help women reconnect with themselves and find joy through movement, in a safe and supportive space. Research shows that dance can reduce fatigue, improve mood, and enhance quality of life during and after cancer.

This is a discussion group specifically designed to offer a space in which to explore your feelings around childlessness and childfreedom. It doesn't matter whether you're childless and are exploring what life might look like without children, or are happily childfree, the group is for all women!

A Bristol-based group for neurodivergent women (autism, ADHD, etc) to connect and meet up. This is a self-organised group for neurodivergent women, run by neurodivergent women. It is a welcoming and supportive space to share experiences, resources, advice and encouragement. We organise monthly events and have various activity-specific/location-based chats where additional meet-ups can be arranged. We organise mixed meet-ups a few times a year, where people of all genders/neurotypes are welcome.
