- Smart Works is a UK charity that helps unemployed women secure employment and transform their lives. It is for women aged 16+ who are unemployed or on zero-hours contracts. We provide free interview coaching, high-quality workwear, and career coaching to help women feel confident, look professional, and succeed at job interviews. Once a woman gets the job, she returns for a capsule wardrobe to last her through her first month of work. Smart Works Bristol supports women across the city and surrounding areas.
