A free women’s fitness session/circuits, welcoming all ages and abilities. The classes usually involve working around different stations, working with body weight and weighted exercises, some running (if you can), boxing pads, kettle bells and light weights also used in some sessions. We also offer time to have a chat and a tea or coffee afterwards for anyone who wants to stay. We are trying to foster a community of like minded women to enjoy time together in a safe space, dedicated to fitness, friendship and wellbeing. The clubhouse has changing facilities and toilets if needed and is open during and after the training.
