It’s a monthly chat to discuss experiences and concerns, support each other and get guidance
We’ll meet on the last Friday of every month, 6 – 7:30pm. Starting March 25th
Our first group will be a chat about what we’d like to include in future groups. Would you like to have diet and nutrition guidance or some fitness advice? Maybe some activities or speakers? Come and share your ideas!
